Witness description:
“Light seen over Red Oak Mountain, facing mountain from Sperryville (Western) side. Light exhibited typical movement patterns and capabilities of disk shaped UAP. Ascended, descended, moved side to side, performed loops and even a figure 8. Altitude ranged from approx. 25k feet to possibly near 60k feet based on tracking data of aircraft moving through the area. Object responded to aircraft moving through airspace near it by moving slightly in the opposite direction, dimming its light output significantly and ascending or descending based on altitude and flight path of passing aircraft. Object possibly responded to conscious observation, no way to confirm.”
