Did you know there were three UFO sightings reported in Massachusetts in January? And in 2016 there were more than 100 sightings reported in communities all across the Bay State, according to the National UFO Reporting Center.
Now don’t get us wrong, we’re not saying there are or aren’t UFOs, but according to the National UFO Reporting Center, the most recent sighting in Massachusetts occurred in Dedham on Jan. 19 at 9:40 p.m.
Apparently someone reported an “vertical shape, bright light, stayed stationary but increased and decreased light, then ‘blinked out.'”
Spooky stuff, right? Other sightings reported last year came from Amherst, Tewksbury, North Dartmouth, Ludlow, Plymouth, Erving, Osterville, and somewhere around exit 8 on the Mass Pike.
Other course of 2016, everywhere from Boston to Worcester to Framingham to Andover to Barnstable, and all in between, reported UFO sightings.
And in case you’re wondering what the National UFO Reporting Center is, it’s been around since 1974 and it investigates UFO sightings. It has put together a list of more than 90,000 sightings around the world.
