UFO Portal Sighting

A witness in Ulster County, New York reported a bizarre UFO/UAP sighting to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON). The incident occurred on July 23, 2023, and was documented in MUFON Case #134791. The witness described seeing a person's left shoulder and a background image for a brief moment on two separate occasions. However, the most striking event happened when a ring-like shape appeared, and the witness saw a man staring at them from inside the opening. The man, approximately 5'4" with brown hair and dark pants, seemed shocked and was standing in front of a second floor with people working on computers. The witness has reported having psychic abilities but had never experienced anything like this before. The disposition of the case is currently unknown.
